In order for you to apply for Tuition Assistance, you will need to have the Dept Code (this is the first 3 letters of the Course Code), Course Number, Length of Course, Start Date, and Pricing. All of this infomation can be found by accessing one of the following links:

Once you have completed our registration form, please print it out for reference for when you're applying for Tuition Assistance through the VZTAP system. You will also need the following information:
